What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect what you type: your name, company, email address, country/region (optional) and your message. We do not collect anything else through this website.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or social-media pixels. We do not profile visitors and we do not sell or share personal data.
How your message reaches us
Form submissions are delivered to john@swayline.hk through a third-party form-delivery service (currently FormSubmit). Your name, company, email address, country and message are transmitted to that service solely for the purpose of delivering your inquiry to us. We do not add you to any marketing list, and we will use your details only to reply to your inquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it takes to answer your question and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case a project follows. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you sent us, by emailing john@swayline.hk. We will respond within 30 days.
